Scene Description
This standard version of the 150 cubic meter wall panel equipment is suitable for stable operation in small and medium-sized wall panel processing enterprises.
The production line configuration includes: a spiral feeder, belt conveyor, powder and water metering system, physical foaming machine, No. 2 horizontal mixer, operating platform, two high-precision flat cutting machines (with rotation), double-clamp wall panel clamping machine, multi-sheet grooving machine, demolding hoist, turning machine, insertion and extraction machine, and a complete power assembly line system for casting, demolding, mold return, and dual-line cutting.
The entire line uses PLC centralized control and supports remote data import and operation.
This configuration offers higher cutting efficiency and continuity, suitable for simultaneous operation of multiple molds; uniform mold specifications ensure stable production cycle.
With a daily output of approximately 150 cubic meters, it maintains a balance between efficiency, automation, and investment, making it the mainstream configuration for conventional wall panel projects.
