Scene Description
This basic 80 cubic meter wall panel production line is suitable for projects newly entering the wall panel production field with small order volumes.
The production line configuration includes: a screw air compressor, powder metering system, water metering system, physical foaming machine, No. 2 horizontal mixer, operating platform, single-channel gantry CNC flat-cutting saw, wall panel clamping machine, multi-sheet grooving machine, demolding hoist, turning machine, insertion and extraction machine, and basic assembly line systems for pouring, demolding, mold return, and cutting.
The entire line is centrally controlled by a PLC main control cabinet and supports remote module access.
This configuration uses a single-channel flat-cutting structure to meet the continuous cutting requirements of basic wall panels;
It is equipped with an 850mm wide wall panel mold system to support the production of wall panels of various specifications.
Daily output approximately 80 cubic meters. The equipment has a clear structure, is easy to maintain, and is suitable for small-scale, stable production.
