Scene Description
This high-end version of the 200 cubic meter wall panel equipment is designed for large-scale, continuous wall panel production.
The production line configuration includes: a spiral feeding system, belt conveyor system, powder and water metering system, physical foaming machine, extra-large horizontal mixer, premixer, power storage silo, mud pump, nine-stage horizontal saw, double-mold three-stage gantry vertical saw (CNC), peeling machine, multi-sheet grooving machine, wall panel clamping machine, demolding hoist, turning machine, insertion and extraction machine, and a complete power assembly line system for casting, demolding, mold return, and dual-line cutting.
The entire line is centrally managed by a PLC main control system, with independent partitions for the electrical control system, ensuring stable operation.
This configuration supports parallel operation of multiple molds, with clear division of labor in the cutting process; the combined horizontal and vertical cutting structure is suitable for high-cycle continuous production.
With a daily output of approximately 200 cubic meters, it is suitable for long-term operation of wall panel projects that are either engineering support projects or regional supply projects.
