Solution
The production line includes core equipment such as a feeding and metering system, a foaming and mixing system, an automatic demolding device, and a double-track rotary vertical cutting machine. It is easy to operate, requiring only 8 workers to complete production. The equipment is simple to operate and maintain. This production line can produce various products such as aerated concrete blocks, homogeneous self-insulating blocks, and ceramsite blocks.
Actual Effect
Daily output is 200 cubic meters, with high product dimensional accuracy and a tolerance of only about 1mm. It occupies approximately 5 acres of land, requiring a production workshop of 1500-1800 square meters. A cutting system can be added later to increase output. It is the first choice for small and medium-sized scale production.
