Solution
The production line includes a feeding and metering system, foaming machine, automatic demolding system, single-pass vertical saw, and packaging and palletizing machine, ensuring a highly efficient production process. It requires only 5-7 workers to meet production needs.
Actual Effect
The equipment is easy to operate and maintain. This production line can produce various products such as aerated concrete blocks, homogeneous self-insulating blocks, and expanded clay blocks. It has a daily output of 100 cubic meters, with high dimensional accuracy and a tolerance of only about 1mm. It requires a small footprint, accommodating a production workshop of 800-1000 square meters. A cutting system can be added later to increase output.
