Description
The four-head gantry vertical concrete cutter is designed for high-efficiency vertical cutting of lightweight concrete cakes. Equipped with four synchronized vertical saw blades, it can process concrete cakes with dimensions such as 3.0m × 0.9m × 0.6m, 3.4m × 0.9m × 0.6m, and 4.2m × 1.2m × 0.6m, with a single cutting volume ranging from 1.6m³ to 3.0m³.
This cutter is typically paired with horizontal cutting saws (single-track, five-track, seven-track, or nine-track) to complete full block cutting and can be integrated into medium- to large-scale production lines.
