Project Background

The customer's original production line was equipped with an outdated vertical cutting system that faced several operational challenges, including insufficient cutting precision, frequent saw blade breakage, high labor requirements, and unstable production efficiency. To improve production performance while reducing operating costs, the customer decided to modernize the existing production line with an advanced cutting solution.

The upgrade was completed as part of an EPS Foamed Concrete Block & Wall Panel Production solution, enabling the production line to achieve higher precision, greater automation, and more stable manufacturing performance for self-insulating building materials.

Customized Upgrade Solution

After evaluating the customer's existing production process, Hengde's engineering team developed a customized automation upgrade plan focused on improving cutting quality and production efficiency. The upgraded system features:

Compared with the previous cutting process, the new system achieves cutting accuracy of less than 1 mm, significantly reduces material waste, minimizes saw blade failures, and supports efficient production of blocks in multiple specifications.

Hengde provided complete technical support throughout the upgrade project, including equipment installation, system commissioning, operational training, and process optimization. Engineers ensured seamless integration of the new cutting equipment with the existing production line, allowing the customer to resume production quickly with minimal downtime.
