The customer's original EPS particle block production line adopted a circular saw cutting process, which resulted in poor product quality, excessive material waste, low production efficiency, and increased operating costs. During daily operation, the traditional cutting method struggled to meet the requirements for accurate dimensions and stable production, affecting the overall profitability of the manufacturing process.
After comparing multiple equipment suppliers and conducting on-site inspections, the customer selected Hengde's customized cutting system upgrade solution to improve the performance of the existing production line.
The upgraded system was developed as part of an EPS Foamed Concrete Block & Wall Panel Production solution, helping the customer achieve more efficient and precise manufacturing of self-insulating building materials.
To address the limitations of the original circular saw cutting technology, Hengde provided a new-generation high-precision servo cutting system, replacing the conventional cutting method with an intelligent square-mold block cutting machine.
The upgraded cutting system features:

Compared with the previous circular saw system, the upgraded solution improves cutting efficiency by 2–3 times, significantly reduces material waste, and ensures more consistent product dimensions and surface quality.
Hengde provided complete technical support throughout the upgrade project, including equipment installation, system commissioning, parameter adjustment, and operator training. Engineers optimized the cutting process based on the customer's existing production conditions to ensure seamless integration with the original production line.
The intelligent control system also simplifies daily operation and maintenance, helping operators achieve stable production with lower labor requirements.
After the cutting system upgrade, the customer's 100 m³/day EPS self-insulating block production line achieved significant improvements in production stability, cutting accuracy, and product quality. The new servo-controlled cutting technology effectively reduced waste, improved production efficiency, and extended the service value of the existing production equipment.
