Project Background

The customer planned to manufacture EPS self-insulating blocks in sizes of 600 × 250 × 100 mm, 140 mm, and 200 mm, with strict dimensional tolerance requirements of within 5 mm. To ensure the production line could consistently meet these quality standards, the customer required a reliable solution that combined high production efficiency with precise manufacturing performance.

The project was developed around an EPS Foamed Concrete Block & Wall Panel Production solution, helping the customer establish a modern production facility capable of manufacturing lightweight, energy-efficient building materials for the South African construction market.

Customized Production Solution

Based on the customer's production requirements, Hengde's engineering team designed a complete plant investment and production solution. The production line includes all major processing equipment required for efficient manufacturing, including:

• Automatic feeding system

• Mixing system

• Pouring molds

• High-precision cutting machine

• Material handling equipment

A newly developed high-speed cutting system was incorporated into the production line to overcome the limitations of traditional cutting methods. The upgraded cutting technology delivers more accurate block dimensions, minimizes material waste, improves mold turnover efficiency, and helps maintain stable daily production output.

Installation & Technical Support

After equipment delivery, experienced engineers provided comprehensive on-site installation, commissioning, operator training, and technical guidance. The team ensured that every production stage was properly optimized and that operators could quickly master the complete manufacturing process.
