Project Background

With increasing demand for energy-saving wall materials in the Lanzhou construction market, the customer planned to invest in a modern production line for homogeneous composite self-insulating blocks. Before making the final decision, the customer evaluated multiple domestic equipment manufacturers, focusing on production technology, equipment stability, cutting performance, and long-term technical support capabilities.

Based on the customer's production requirements, Hengde developed a 300 m³/day self-insulating block production line equipped with advanced molding and cutting technologies.

Equipment Manufacturing & Project Implementation

After completing equipment manufacturing and factory testing, the production line was loaded and shipped to the customer's factory in Lanzhou. Hengde will provide further project support, including on-site installation guidance, equipment commissioning, production adjustment, and operator training.
