Project Background

To meet the customer's budget and production objectives, Hengde designed a simplified production line specifically for small and medium-sized investors. Instead of investing in a fully automated production system, the customer required a cost-effective solution that could be installed quickly while maintaining stable production quality and allowing future equipment upgrades.

The project was developed around an EPS Foamed Concrete Block & Wall Panel Production solution, providing an economical manufacturing platform for producing a variety of lightweight building materials.

Customized Production Solution

Based on the customer's requirements, Hengde optimized the production line by simplifying the equipment configuration without compromising core production performance. Certain automated systems, such as automatic demolding and palletizing equipment, were omitted to significantly reduce the customer's initial investment while shortening installation and commissioning time.

Installation & Technical Support

Hengde provided complete technical services throughout the project, including equipment installation guidance, commissioning, operator training, and production support. The simplified production line enabled the customer to complete factory construction and begin production within a shorter timeframe, helping reduce project implementation costs and accelerate the return on investment.

Successful Commissioning

The production line has been successfully commissioned and is operating reliably with a daily production capacity of 100 cubic meters. The simplified design offers an ideal balance between investment cost and production efficiency, while its expandable configuration allows the customer to upgrade automation systems and increase production capacity as business demand continues to grow.
