Vietnamese customers visited Guangzhou Hengde to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight block equipment and cutting effects.

Jun.30, 2026

On June 9, 2026, a customer from Vietnam visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight block production equipment and engage in in-depth discussions on the production process, equipment configuration, capacity planning, and potential avenues for future collaboration related to the lightweight block project.

According to reports, the client is based in China, and the project is slated to be implemented in Vietnam. The client believes that while competition in China’s domestic building materials sector remains intense, ongoing infrastructure development in overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and Africa continues to create substantial growth opportunities for innovative wall materials, lightweight building products, and environmentally friendly construction materials. Accordingly, the client aims to expand into international markets by investing abroad and establishing a block‑manufacturing facility in Vietnam.

Vietnamese customers visited Guangzhou Hengde to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight block equipment and cutting effects.

During the exchange, the customer placed particular emphasis on issues such as the production stability of block products, the level of equipment automation, control over product specifications, labor‑intensive operational requirements, and post‑commissioning management. In response to these practical needs, the Hengde team drew on its experience from previous projects to provide a detailed explanation covering equipment selection, production line configuration, raw material compatibility, installation and commissioning, as well as technical training.

Vietnamese customers visited Guangzhou Hengde to conduct an on-site inspection of lightweight block equipment and cutting effects.

Subsequently, the customer toured Hengde’s production workshop, gaining firsthand insight into the processing and manufacturing of relevant equipment, as well as its assembly, commissioning, and full-line integration capabilities. Through this on-site inspection, the customer developed a more intuitive understanding of Hengde’s manufacturing processes for lightweight block‑making equipment, its equipment architecture, and its capacity to deliver fully integrated production lines.

During this inspection, the customer focused on observing a live demonstration of the lightweight block‑cutting process. As a critical step in the production of lightweight blocks, cutting directly affects the dimensional accuracy of the finished product, its surface quality, and the performance of subsequent construction applications. By examining the operational status of the cutting equipment, the quality of the cut products, and the precision of product dimensions, the customer gained a deeper understanding of the Hengde cutting system’s stability and its real‑world performance.

For the Vietnamese block‑manufacturing project, it is essential not only to secure stable, reliable production equipment but also to develop a comprehensive plan that integrates local raw materials, market demand, product specifications, the investment budget, and production‑management practices. This visit enabled the client to gain a deeper understanding of the conceptual framework for constructing a lightweight block‑production facility, while also laying a solid foundation for further in‑depth discussions and the smooth advancement of the project.

Guangzhou Hengde Building Technology Co., Ltd. has long been dedicated to the field of lightweight building‑material production equipment. Tailored to each customer’s raw‑material characteristics, site layout, production capacity requirements, and product focus, we offer complete solutions—including lightweight block production lines, self‑insulating block production lines, lightweight partition‑board production lines, and related auxiliary equipment. Looking ahead, Hengde will continue to provide comprehensive support—covering project planning, equipment selection, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, as well as technical training—to help Vietnamese lightweight building‑material projects succeed.

How to Choose the Right Capacity for a NAAC Block Plant?

Choosing the right capacity is one of the most important decisions when setting up a NAAC block plant. A production line that is too small may limit sales growth, while an oversized plant can tie up capital before the local market is ready.

AAC Block Production Line Alternative: Non-Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Explained

Non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC) is a lightweight cellular concrete produced through the same family of raw materials and foaming chemistry as AAC — cement, lime (or fly ash), sand, water, and aluminum powder — but cured at ambient or low temperature instead of in high-pressure steam autoclaves.

AAC Block Plant Cost vs NAAC Plant Cost: What Buyers Should Compare

The total cost of an aerated concrete plant splits into three layers: initial capital (equipment, land, buildings), operating cost (energy, labor, maintenance), and compliance cost (certification, pressure-vessel regulation).

Turnkey NAAC Block Plant: What Equipment Should Be Included?

A turnkey NAAC block plant is not a single machine — it is an integrated production line where every piece of equipment depends on the piece before it and feeds the piece after it. A missing air compressor stops the pneumatic valves.
