On June 12, 2026, a delegation of Taiwanese clients visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of the expanded clay aggregate block production equipment. They engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the production process, equipment configuration, cutting performance, and potential avenues for future collaboration on the expanded clay aggregate block project.
According to reports, the client’s visit is primarily aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the overall construction plan for the expanded clay aggregate block production project. As a type of lightweight wall material, expanded clay aggregate blocks offer advantages such as light weight, excellent thermal insulation, and versatile application in construction, making them suitable for use in wall‑building. The client seeks to align these insights with their own project planning, further exploring the equipment configuration, process flow, and real‑world production performance of an expanded clay aggregate block production line.

In response to the client’s project requirements, the Guangzhou Hengde team held detailed discussions with the client in the conference room. Taking into account the client’s raw material specifications, product application scope, production capacity needs, and investment plan, they provided a comprehensive overview of the ceramsite block production line—covering its process flow, equipment configuration, capacity planning, and project implementation strategy—helping the client gain a thorough understanding of the entire manufacturing process, from raw material handling and batching & mixing, through casting and molding, demolding and curing, to final cutting and finished‑product preparation.

During the discussion, the customer placed particular emphasis on issues such as the production stability of expanded clay aggregate blocks, raw material compatibility, the level of equipment automation, control over product specifications, labor‑intensive operational requirements, and post‑commissioning management. In response to these practical needs, the Hengde team drew on its experience from previous projects to provide a detailed explanation covering equipment selection, production line configuration, formulation testing, installation and commissioning, as well as technical training.
Subsequently, the customer toured Hengde’s production workshop, gaining firsthand insight into the processing and manufacturing of relevant equipment, as well as its assembly, commissioning, and full-line integration. Through this on-site inspection, the customer developed a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of Hengde’s manufacturing processes for ceramic‑granule block production equipment, its equipment architecture, and its capabilities in end-to-end line integration.

During this inspection, the customer focused on observing the on-site demonstration of the block‑cutting process. As a critical step in the production of expanded‑clay concrete blocks, cutting directly affects the dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and subsequent performance in construction applications. By examining the operating condition of the cutting equipment, the quality of the cut products, and the precision of product dimensions, the customer gained a deeper understanding of the Hengde cutting system’s stability and its real‑world effectiveness.
