Jun.30, 2026

On June 17, 2026, an Indonesian client visited Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct equipment acceptance and operational training for a lightweight building materials production line project, gaining deeper insights into the equipment’s manufacturing process, the production line’s operating procedures, and key considerations for on-site implementation going forward.Indonesian clients visited Guangzhou Hengde to conduct equipment acceptance and operational training.

During this visit, the customer focused on inspecting the equipment scheduled for shipment to the project site. Drawing on the equipment’s actual configuration, the Guangzhou Hengde team provided a detailed overview of its structure, control system, startup procedures, and the integration between each stage of the production line, enabling the customer to become familiar with the overall line‑operating logic well in advance of shipment.

During the training, the Hengde team provided on-site instruction on control cabinet operation, equipment operating procedures, and key production considerations. They also addressed equipment‑operating standards and line‑integration requirements, drawing on the customer’s actual plant‑floor scenarios. As a result of this training, the customer gained a clearer, more practical understanding of equipment operation, process control, and post‑production preparation.

For lightweight building‑material production line projects, equipment delivery goes beyond mere manufacturing and shipment; the key is to help customers master the proper operation of the equipment. By participating in acceptance inspections and training prior to shipment, customers can shorten the subsequent on‑site familiarization period and enhance project commissioning efficiency.

Following the arrival of the equipment at the Indonesian customer’s site, Guangzhou Hengde will also dispatch engineers to provide on-site installation guidance and secondary operator training, further assisting the customer with equipment commissioning, personnel training, and preparations for production launch.

Guangzhou Hengde consistently adheres to a full‑process service philosophy—covering equipment manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, on‑site installation, and operator training—to help customers quickly become proficient with the equipment, ensure smooth project implementation, and enable production lines to achieve stable, reliable operation.
