Customers from Wuhan visited Hengde factory to inspect equipment modification plans.

Recently, a customer from Wuhan visited Guangzhou Hengde to discuss issues such as deformation, unevenness, and skewed cutting encountered on their own production line when processing 3cm ultra-thin insulation boards. They held an on-site technical exchange with our company.

The customer is currently using a traditional reciprocating saw, which results in uneven stress on the thin boards, large cutting deviations, and high material waste, failing to meet current production precision requirements.

Hengde's technical team demonstrated a high-precision cutting equipment optimized for thin materials, including a reinforced cutting structure, a ±1mm precision cutting system, a uniform force support design, and a dedicated cutting program for thin boards. This effectively solves the problems of deformation and skewed cutting, improving the flatness of the finished product and material utilization.

The customer inspected the cut samples on-site, expressed approval of the equipment's performance, and plans to proceed with equipment replacement and process modifications.

Hengde will continue to provide technical support to ensure the smooth implementation of the upgrade plan.
