A Rwandan customer purchased the wrong equipment, resulting in production disruptions. We’re preparing to modify the Hengde cutting system and mixing system.

Early January 2026 , from Rwanda A delegation of the client’s representatives paid a visit. Guangzhou Hengde Construction Technology Co., Ltd. The purpose of this visit is very clear: The customer previously purchased... A equipment manufacturer from Henan province The lightweight block equipment has been experiencing frequent problems in actual production. We hope that with Hengde’s technical support, we can stabilize the production line as soon as possible.

A Rwandan customer purchased the wrong equipment, resulting in production disruptions. We’re preparing to modify the Hengde cutting system and mixing system.

Background of the visit: The customer encountered several critical issues during production that the original equipment manufacturer was unable to resolve, so they came to Hengde seeking a solution.

Before visiting the factory, the customer had already provided Hengde with feedback on the main issues at their factory site, including:

  • The foaming process is unstable. The mold collapse phenomenon occurs frequently;

  • High cutting loss and low precision. Insufficient consistency in finished product dimensions;

  • The cutting speed is slow and prone to deviation.

  • Exists during the cutting process. Vibration , the finished product surface shows Wavy pattern , affecting appearance and quality stability.

To improve communication efficiency, the Hengde team had already communicated with the client before their visit. Remote video/materials Conduct a preliminary assessment of the production status at the customer’s facility and organize any identified issues to prepare for the on-site meeting.

Meeting Room Communication: Offering Improvement Ideas from Two Perspectives—“Process + Cutting”

After the customer arrived at the factory, Hengde held a detailed discussion with the customer in the company’s conference room. Combining the customer’s existing processes and the issues they’ve encountered, Hengde’s technical team proposed solutions focusing on two key areas:

First, solve the mold collapse issue.
Replace Hengde’s foaming process and mixing system, focusing on... Raw material compatibility, formulation and parameter control, mixing uniformity, curing rhythm Optimize key points to enhance the stability of the green body and reduce the risk of mold collapse at the source.

Further address the issues of "slow cutting, deviation, and vibration ripples."
To address issues such as misalignment, vibration, and uneven corrugation that frequently occur in equipment from other manufacturers during actual operation, we’ve replaced the equipment with the Hengde cutting system, which fundamentally solves these problems. The cutting accuracy can reach 1 mm, with minimal material loss and no risk of misalignment.

Hengde also emphasized to its customers: While the lightweight block project “appears simple,” it’s often the details—rather than the surface—that truly determine whether production can proceed smoothly. Process Stability and Cutting Stability If, in the early selection phase, you only consider price, the overall costs—including subsequent losses, downtime, and rework—may actually end up being higher.

On-site visit: Take clients to the factory to see the equipment and examine process details.

After the meeting and communication, the Hengde team took the customer to the production workshop for an on-site tour of the equipment manufacturing and assembly processes. They explained, item by item, the key structural and process details related to the customer’s primary concerns—“precision, efficiency, and stability”—to help the customer establish more intuitive evaluation criteria.

Coincidentally, during the visit, Hengde’s previously signed... Uzbekistan Customer Team Equipment learning and operational training are also conducted on-site, creating an atmosphere that closely mirrors real production scenarios. During the tour, customers interacted with the training team, gaining a more intuitive understanding of “Hengde Technology.”
