With Ningxia actively promoting the recycling of industrial solid waste and the development of green building materials, local manufacturers are increasingly investing in advanced production technologies. Materials such as fly ash are widely used to manufacture lightweight, high-strength blocks, while many traditional AAC block producers are upgrading their facilities to improve energy efficiency and expand their product offerings.

To adapt to these market trends, the customer invested in a modern NAAC Block Production solution capable of producing a wide range of environmentally friendly building products from a single production line.

Customized Production Solution

Based on the customer's production capacity target of 200 cubic meters per day, Hengde designed a flexible production line that allows manufacturers to quickly switch between different products without requiring major equipment modifications.

Installation & Technical Support

Hengde provided comprehensive technical support throughout the project, including production line design, equipment manufacturing, installation guidance, commissioning, and operator training. The engineering team also assisted the customer in optimizing the production process based on locally available raw materials, ensuring efficient and stable operation from the initial startup.

Successful Commissioning

The production line has been successfully commissioned and is operating with a daily production capacity of 200 cubic meters. By combining flexible manufacturing with the efficient use of industrial by-products such as fly ash, the project supports the customer's transition toward greener, more diversified building material production while strengthening its competitiveness in the regional construction market.
