In late January 2026, a Malaysian customer officially reached a cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Hengde on a lightweight block project. After a year of continuous communication and engagement, the customer—having received comprehensive services including on-site inspections, raw material testing, equipment selection, and plant construction planning—finally gave their approval. The customer aims to develop lightweight wall materials using local solid waste materials. Based on the customer’s requirements, Hengde has customized production technology formulas and prepared a complete automated block equipment production line construction plan tailored specifically for this project.

In early January 2025, technical personnel from Guangzhou Hengde Company traveled to the customer’s factory in Malaysia to carry out a series of technical guidance and training sessions aimed at enhancing the customer’s production efficiency and product quality, while also deepening the cooperative relationship between the two parties. 
The technical staff provided the Malaysian customer’s operators with detailed training on production operations, including hands-on practice in core processes such as raw material proportioning, pouring and mixing, and product curing, helping the customer quickly master the operational skills needed for daily production.I.
