Hengde Company recently successfully customized and delivered a lightweight block production line for a client in Ningxia. The production plan for this equipment was customized according to the client's specific needs, with optimizations and adjustments made to raw material mixing (fly ash, ceramsite, etc.), foaming and molding, curing, demolding, cutting, and stacking.

Utilizing local industrial solid waste raw materials such as fly ash to produce lightweight, high-strength blocks, Hengde's lightweight block equipment enables diversified production. One set of equipment can produce ordinary blocks, self-insulating blocks, ceramsite blocks, and other green and environmentally friendly building materials.

I. Site Visit and Contract Signing

The Ningxia client visited Guangzhou Hengde's foamed concrete block production line and expressed approval of the high-precision block cutting machine, multi-functionality, and high level of automation, ultimately reaching a project cooperation agreement.

II. Equipment Delivery

The customized automated block production line was delivered on time, including core equipment such as mixers, peelers, stacking and clamping machines, cutters, and palletizers. Hengde completed the production task on time and with guaranteed quality and quantity.

III. Installation and Training

Our technical personnel provided on-site guidance to the client on factory planning, equipment installation, curing area setup, production training, and production debugging. Through worker training, we ensured the normal operation and production of the client's production line.

IV. Production Commencement

The client engaged in independent production, achieving stable daily output and reliable product quality. Production was flexibly adjusted according to market demand, allowing the client to obtain an effective return on investment.
