Inner Mongolia NAAC Block Production Line Project
Jul.10, 2026
To support the recycling of industrial by-products and expand the production of sustainable building materials, the customer invested in a modern production facility capable of utilizing locally available fly ash and mine tailings. After completing the final installation and commissioning phase in March 2025, the production line officially entered commercial operation in early April.
The project was developed around a flexible NAAC Block Production solution, enabling the customer to manufacture multiple lightweight building products while improving production efficiency and maximizing the value of locally available raw materials.
Based on the customer's production capacity target of 200 cubic meters per day, Hengde designed a multifunctional production line that combines intelligent automation with flexible manufacturing capabilities.
Key features of the production line include:
Fully automated production control system
Dual-mold cutting and clamping technology
Stable daily production capacity
High dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality
Efficient utilization of fly ash and mine tailings
Flexible production for multiple product types
The integrated production line allows the customer to manufacture:
NAAC lightweight blocks
EPS self-insulating blocks
Lightweight partition wall panels
Other environmentally friendly lightweight building materials
The multifunctional design enables rapid product switching while improving equipment utilization and reducing long-term production costs.
Hengde provided complete engineering support throughout the project, including production line design, equipment manufacturing, installation supervision, commissioning, and operator training. During the startup phase, engineers optimized production parameters according to the characteristics of locally sourced raw materials, ensuring stable operation and consistent product quality.
The production line has been successfully commissioned with a daily production capacity of 200 cubic meters. By combining intelligent automation, advanced cutting technology, and the recycling of industrial solid waste, the project enables the customer to manufacture high-quality lightweight building materials with stable output, accurate dimensions, and excellent surface quality. The successful implementation further demonstrates Hengde's capability to deliver flexible NAAC Block Production solutions that support sustainable manufacturing and diversified product development.
