Project Background

To meet the growing demand for lightweight construction materials in Indonesia, the customer selected a complete production solution capable of delivering high production efficiency, precise cutting performance, and stable daily output. The project is one of the successful Projects for NAAC Block Production, supporting the manufacture of lightweight blocks while promoting the recycling of industrial solid waste.

Customized Production Solution

Based on the customer's production requirements, Hengde designed and manufactured a complete lightweight block production line equipped with its newly developed dual vertical cutting system. The production line integrates all essential equipment required for continuous production, including:

• Mixing system

• Demolding system

• Surface trimming system

• Dual vertical cutting machine

• Automatic stacking system

The newly developed dual vertical cutting technology improves cutting precision while increasing production efficiency by more than 30% compared with conventional cutting equipment. The optimized cutting process also helps reduce material waste and improves the consistency of finished block dimensions.

Installation & Technical Support

The entire production line was manufactured, tested, and delivered on schedule with strict quality control throughout the production process. After installation, technical engineers provided commissioning, operator training, and production guidance to ensure smooth equipment operation and rapid production startup.

Successful Commissioning

The production line is now operating successfully with stable daily output of 100 cubic meters. In addition to manufacturing high-quality lightweight blocks, the system supports the recycling of fly ash, construction waste, and other industrial solid waste materials, helping the customer improve production efficiency while meeting Indonesia's increasing demand for environmentally friendly building materials and sustainable manufacturing practices.
