Project Background

The customer signed the project agreement in July 2024 with the objective of establishing a modern production facility capable of manufacturing multiple lightweight building products on a single production line. After several months of equipment manufacturing and factory preparation, the project entered its final installation and commissioning stage at the end of December 2024 before officially commencing commercial production in February 2025.

The project was developed around an advanced Foam Concrete Wall Panel Production solution, enabling the customer to produce both lightweight concrete blocks and lightweight wall panels while maximizing production flexibility and equipment utilization.

Customized Production Solution

Based on the customer's production requirements, Hengde designed a multifunctional integrated production line that combines intelligent automation with high manufacturing efficiency.

The production line features:

• High-precision wall panel grooving machine

• Stable production capacity and continuous operation

With one integrated production line, the customer can manufacture:

Installation & Technical Support

Throughout the project, Hengde provided comprehensive engineering services, including factory planning, production line design, equipment manufacturing, installation supervision, commissioning, and operator training. Technical engineers remained involved throughout every stage of implementation to ensure the production line achieved stable operation and optimal production performance.

Successful Commissioning

The production line has been successfully commissioned with a production capacity of 500 cubic meters of lightweight blocks and 200 cubic meters of wall panels per day. Equipped with intelligent automation, advanced cutting technology, and a high-precision wall panel grooving system, the facility consistently produces high-quality building materials with precise dimensions, clean appearance, and reliable output.
