To expand its production capacity for lightweight building materials, the customer from Phnom Penh, Cambodia selected Foam Concrete Block Production equipments supplied by Hengde. Before signing the contract, both parties conducted multiple online technical meetings to discuss production requirements, factory layout, equipment configuration, and future expansion plans. The customer sought a reliable solution capable of delivering stable product quality while reducing labor costs and improving manufacturing efficiency.

Based on the customer's daily output target of 100 cubic meters, Hengde designed a complete lightweight block production line with equipment and process configurations suited to local production conditions.
